LYF Boot Camp
The LYF Boot Camp is a 6 week series of classes that help you get in great shape and learn better nutrition habits. This is the perfect way to jump start your fitness and/or weight loss journey! Instructor led classes, accountability, REAL people, REAL results, and a flexible program! We suggest selecting 3 classes per week to get started.
On top of this incredible fitness program, we are giving you a FREE meal plan and on-the-go workouts in case you have to travel during the next 6 weeks! Here’s what to do:
Step 1: Make sure 3 of these classes will work for you! (# = highly encouraged)
Monday: 6am#, 6:30am#, 6pm
Tuesday: 6am#, 6pm
Wednesday: 6am#, 6:30am#, 6pm
Thursday: 6am#, 6pm
Saturday: 9am#, 9:45am#
